Started In Online Poker

I want to put $100 into Pokerstars and play texas hold em. My goal is to get it to $300 and then maybe take $150 out for some spare money. Where should I get started as far as game type and selection? All help is appreciated.

Why the hell do you talk about Pokerstars on this Board ? ....

Its like talking about Windows and using Linux ... huge ...

BTW : Pokerstars will be one of the biggest networks, but in my opinion one of the worst ....

Problem at the moment is the TV hype about poker ... every TV Channel has a Poker Show and every Show has another ********* as Support Room ...

At the end there will be only the biggest i think ... and that ones which can get some players with good bonus promotions...

Lets hope that HP can hold on ... duno if and when where HP is acting any TV Promos cause here in Germany there are only 4 Pokerrooms which make any TV Spots ... and they are not really loved by the Law here ... thats why they only make Promos in TV for the free money play (with no advise how easy it is to change the play money account to a real money account, but everyone can after the registration)
