How about putting some heads up tournaments at different price range and some nl and limit options, I prefer limit when playing heads up but do play nl ones once in awhile. How about having some 5 seats and 19 seats at cheaper prices and have more top prize to it let say 1-3 for 5 seats and maybe 1-4 or to 5 whichever for 10 seats. and maybe some at winner takes all. etc.
