Deposit Bonuses for existing players

Okay, maybe I'm just being touchy...but I sure get tired of getting emails that offer deposit bonuses for new players and bringing in new players, but nothing for just being a plain old existing players.

The existing players are the ones that are the core of the site. Sure every site needs to bring in new players and I completely agree with offering deposit bonuses to do it.

If a player who's been playing for awhile happens to go broke, it sure takes the sting off of having to make another deposit if you can at least get a little bonus in the process.

I anxiously await the email that says you have the reload available for eixsting players. As soon as I see it, I'll return to playing at your site.

This waiting is getting old. There are plenty of places to get a bonus for your deposit. What good is getting people in if you can't keep them, right?

i just sent over a little more money and sent hp an email asking about reload bonus. they said they are not doing it "right now". well i can name ten places off the top of my head who would love to have my business and would give me a bonus. i don't understand not taking care of current customers. the bonus is not real big but is a token of appreciation. i will say this, i had a situation with hp concerning a refer a friend bonus. i called their toll free number and they took care of it right away. the customer service in that particular situation was outstanding. i like the site and i like "most" of the people, i think they should put a little more effort into current customers. one more thing, lets get this player points thing worked out. i know hp says they are working on it but come on, it can't be that hard.....lol.

If not once a month, then at worst case, once every two months, that I recall. Someone can correct me if I am wrong. I don't usually use them as I don't ever really have to add money to my account here - only periodic 'cash outs' - but that's just me.

I have on few occasions taken advantage of the re-load bonuses here however - then taken the added funds right out with my next regular 'cash out'. As I recall, I've done that twice in the last 4 months. So they may be every other month, but HP DOES have them. And some nice options as to how to take advantage of them as well, depending upon what type of player you are.

Good luck to you here. There are many other sites out there besides Hollywood, it is true. And I belong to several of them. But I spend most of my time here. I also have learned more and improved my game more HERE at HP than anywhere else I play. Just something you may also wish to consider.
