well... ill have to think about that for a bit... because I play for fun in the first place. Of course i like the idea of winning money.. but thats on the second place...

Because of that i like to have fun playing. Its important to me that i have friends around to joke around with. So that means the community, and how the community is set up in terms of ways to communicate with each other.

The reason that i cant make my mind up is the way that i have experienced support over here. I like it so much that that also became very important

I vote support because it doesn't matter how great the software or bonus's etc, if you don't have great support then I just don't feel my cash account is safe and I have seen what it is like to have NO support. Frustrating as heck to have to wait 6 wks to get a reply and then it's just a form letter and didn't deal with your issues and nothing was done to correct or compensate you.

Yup Support can make or break a site. :waytogo:

Support and software are very important but I believe the quality of the other players is the most important to me. This is such a great site with interesting, friendly players that seem to know the game extremely well. You have a great time while playing but they are also serious about the game. I have learned alot about poker while playing here and that also goes to the quality of the people on the tables (mostly the HP only tables;not as much on the shared tables).
So thanks HP for the site. There have been issues with software, etc. but it is overshadowed by the overall experience. Keep up the good work!

Honestly, while my "gut" reaction is to say either software or support, after really thinking about it I would have to say COMMUNITY. I mean, let's face it people, there hare literally hundreds of online poker gaming sites. Each one has its own special tournaments and promotions. To a very large extent, each one has gone to great lengths to keep their software updated and the tech support readily available. So, what keeps me coming back to my favorite site? The community.

When visiting Las Vegas I've always said I don't mind losing my money, as long as I'm having fun. Good company, great drinks, an occasional monster pot and I'm in heaven. Playing online I hold the same standards. I refuse to play on certain "big-time" poker sites because the players there are either childish or just downright jerks. I need a place where I do not feel intimidated to play. A place where people are relatively friendly and the conversation is lively. Where the insults are more of a ribbing nature.

Bottom line, if I'm not having fun, I'm not going to do it. Life is too short to waste dealing with cyber-morons. Just my two cents. :happy:

It's bonuses for me, but with the HPbonus being sohard to work off, I will only play if there isnt something better elsewhere to be had

The players here are mostly friendly and helpful.... Even when I get a Jerk jabbing at my play, I've had other kind gentleman come to my rescue, and chase away the cad....My Heros!!!! Yes, my vote goes to a fun and relaxed community!!!! :heart: ;)

It doesn't matter how good the support is (Hollywood Poker is very very good by the way) if the playing experience sucks you don't look forward to playing.And in time you just find somewhere else to play.With that said my choice would have to be QUALITY OF PLAYERS. I love logging in and playing on both the play and real side of the game everyone is having fun chatting and playing, if I have a question most can be answered in chat. :rolleyes:

I play tournaments almost exclusively, so that was my vote. But I would like to add a second choice - software. There is nothing as ag :) grevating as having the play stuck because the software is messed up.

Over-all I have to give Hollywoodpoker.com a good mark in all of the areas. The software could improve a bit, and I wish they would do away with "AWAY" that has no time limit as this adversly affects play.

I've never been on any other site that has this kind of support. I've come to learn it is extremely important in having a great playing and community site. So that ranks high on my list...but in the running is promotions and bonuses. Hmmm..might have to eenie meanie mynie moooooo it. Lol :jump:

There is nothing worse than being dealt AA, the guy across from you going all-in, you typing "Good Luck", and before you can hit the CALL button, your connection freezes, and the software blinks you out of the hand, and you see the cards being dealt for the next hand!

Stable software and servers are the REQUISITE item for online poker.

I like to play with sociable people with clean mouths, it's disgusting to sit at a table and have foul mouth bad mouth you because you beat them out of a pot, believe me it happens.

I just laugh and try to remember that they are upset so they will prolly make some bad plays which I might be able to take advantage of. ;)

Without people like Honey and rosie and pakrat this site would just be the same as others. Where you can play to win money. This site has some good promos and bonuses but i wish there was more.

I have noticed that playing on this site winning losing or staying even there is always a friendly person to chat with.

I also vote that all non US based members should be sent out a goody bag so that they can promote Hollywood poker abroad in their own countries and increase the customer base. :waytogo:
