As much as I love James Woods I think it will be Josh Molina is a very good player. Good luck to all of the celebrities and players.

Jonathan Baker plays a good tournament game, often surviving the MWI as the last celeb standing, so I'll go with him... :jump:

Like everyone else I guess, you want to cast your vote for the bigger names like one of the Woods or Van Patten :waytogo: But I figure its Bill's time to shine. So Bill Smithrovich has my vote just wait and see

I would say James Woods, because he's a strong player, but he plays way too tight for a tournament of that size. Not that tight players aren't good players, just that they don't do as well in tournaments (story of my game!)

There are so many good celebrity players, it's hard to pick. My first choice isn't there and unfortunately won't be able to make it apparently and that is Tom McGowan. Tom plays an awesome tournament game as we have seen in so many MWI games. My next doesn't seem to be there either and that is Ricki Lake. She can burn the turf off the table that lady!

Although I love playing poker with the Woods guys.. I think I have to go with MIB. (Michael Ian Black). He's been playing really well in his tourney games. I think by the time he reaches that tourney he will be pumped!!!
GL to all the Celebs. :luv:

I picked Stephen Collins.. Not only is he one of my favorite actors but he is also one of my favorite poker players. I played poker with him once and that was fun. His game is very good some of the best I have seen on here at Hollywood poker.

Goodluck to Stephen and all the Celebritys in the WSOP :waytogo:

I hope to take them all out of the game but Mimi is definitely making a name for herself around the circut and I look for her to be the last celeb I have to deal with :)

of course I called your preflop raise with my 9 2 off suit... as bad as you play I knew I had you beat

James appears to be a fairly knowledgeable & effective player. If he gets some good cards (even the best still need "the cards") I think he will win it.

I would like to see Michael Woods win because he's a great guy who always takes time to chat with the players.

Personally I think it will take more luck than skill to survive the early rounds and once most of the maniacs get knocked out then skill will be more important.

I say that because many players that aren't paying much to get into this tourney are willing to risk everything on marginal hands. So no matter how good any of the celebs are, they'll all need a lot of luck as well and I hope Michael catches the cards and the luck!

Yep, I was looking for Tom on the list too. I think Vince and Jimmy are gonna step it up for this one. Don't think they always bring their best game to the MWI. They are very strong players and I think they will do well in this one. Have to pick one so I am going with Jimmy to go with me to the WSOP. ;-)

We've had such great response from our Celebrities wanting to get in on the action that we had many more to add to our poll! So we have extended it until tomorrow :)

But of course, we still selected a random voter! Congratulations snowblinded2, just for voting, you won yourself HP gear :waytogo:

Thanks to all who voted and we'll see you at the Celeb Shootout!
