Good question Hollay~! I believe it was between 50 and 100 bucks for me. Can't really remember cause it came in one hand and out the other so fast..not sure even what color it was at that time LOL.

That was oh.. so... so ....long ago.. Those were the days  :waytogo:  :computer:

Well technically winning a tournament requires winning the last hand...and the biggest tourny win ive had is $480.

But I dont think thats what you meant so i voted 30-50 cause ive had 2 royal flush wins at .50 tables but didnt win much else on either (too afraid the others would fold before the royal hit)

And I've had the luck to double up at a few no limit ring games (.50-.50) for close to $50 (ost as much as $35 all too often though).

I think I've won $50 or more on hands played in Vegas at 2-4 and 3-6 tables, but cant be sure because.....you never count your money when your sitting at the table, there'll be time enough for counting...

Hope the next time you ask this question the answer will be alot higher!

If I am at the final table in a tournament, then the hands are very large. But cash rules and I have walked away from a tournament here at HP with over $850.00 dollars being put into my account. Not bad for a nights work :waytogo: But cash tables are another story, I think it was Doyle who said that most players are good at tournaments or cash tables but very few are good at both. So my best hand at a cash table maybe $175.00 but I'am sure I lost it all back

My biggest poker hand was $650.00 at a $10/$20 limit game at The Great Blue Heron Casino here in Ontario, Canada.

I was dealt pocket A's player raises infront of me so I call, lol whole table called. SO flop comes Ad 2h 9d so I come out and bet, and get raised two caller's plus me. turn comes 10c I come out and bet, and raised, then player in third position re-raises so I just call. river comes 5h I bet and again raise third positon drops out. so I re-raise, then a re-raise back to me, so I just call. Turn over my A A and he turns over 2 2 found out player three was on a flush diamond draw. Phew ty no diamond! Lol grabbed all my chips and left! Good day that was!

Funny story:

It was a 25/50 limit game here, and I won an $1100 pot....

And that was without a SINGLE bet on the river (those of you with decent math skills will shudder when you figure out the # of callers and bets - remembering this was 25/50 - needed to make it $1100 w/o a river bet!)

Man, those were the days...

Sadly the most I've won was $35...but I was so wrapped!! The previous hand I'd accidently hit the wrong button and folded what would've been 4 Q's...so it kind of made up for it..thank god. Hehe

Played $4/$8 at Canterbury Downs, my Royal Flush busted Aces full of Queens. Capped the betting on every round. Phew. The loser got the jackpot, but I got a nice pot plus a piece of the jackpot. I'm not a fan of jackpots (It's an additional rake I dread.), except when I win a piece!

The guy who got the jackpot had just turned 18 that day. He called his Mommy on the phone. ("Mom, I can pay you back for all the car insurance now!") Seven grand!

Ugh....to be a kid again. ;-) That's a lot of Pokemon cards.

See you at the tables,

Haha - Spyke Daddy: Where do you get these awesome stories?

Nothing fun ever happens to me...I think I may have won a jar of candy in that "Guess how many jelly-beans are in the jar" game...when I was 5. Oh, and I won tickets to the Care Bears movie premiere at about the same time.

I need to get out more.

Ha ha, Hollay. I do have a bunch of stories...I think it's just from being out and about. A lot of strange things happen out there in the real world.

Half the time I just wish I had a video camera on me. $10k from AFV!

This one I will never forget. It was a $.50-$1 PL table. I was the second biggest stack at the table with around $350. The table leader, a crazy aggressive player, had around $400. Preflop I had AA. Around to him he raised the pot. On the button I considered a call, but against him I figured that was not a good play so I reraised (I don't remember how much). He reraised the pot. I, scratching my head, reraised the pot again. He reraised the pot back. Against any other player I would assume that we were going to split the pot in a very rare AA vs AA. Instead I reraised the pot again, and after he reraised the pot again, putting me all in, I called and he flipped over 88. My aces held up and I won my biggest pot ever ($700). He quickly left the table.

I was playing in a 10 man home ring game $1/$2 no limit with $40 buy/in's - it was toward the end of a 3.5 hour session and I was up to about 220 bucks at the time. I was big blind and was dealt the pocket rockets, but I kind of sulked in my seat like I had a crappy hand - the player next to me goes all-in for 60 dollars and then 3 players down to my enjoyment re-raised yet again to $120...by this time I really had the acting down thick like I wasnt going to call fidgeting in my seat, all nervous...the player on the button looked at me and said "ah hell your not going to call this, so lets go" and he re-raises all of his chips in the pot, around $100 - I think to myself, "how can I not call this, does everyone have pocket something?" So continuing the acting I reluctantly shake my head and then under my breath whisper "I call"
The flop comes A A 2. I was up against 55, KK, and JJ all in the same hand and flopped Quad Aces - which held up and I won the largest pot I ever won, around 300 dollars - I immediately said, "time to go home!"

Hello everyone in Pokerland,
IF you are talking about regular poker then I won about $245.00 in one hand. If you are talking about poker variations I play Carribean Stud Poker. I got a straight flush and won 10% of the jackpot. It doesn't happen often though.
