I guess this is the one area that has cost me the most pots. I tend to play tight all the time. Playing tight is fine if you can switch back and forth from tight to aggressive and back again as needed. The fact is aggressive players RULE the game, it's a fact and it's not going to change. Tight players just don't win in the long run. Don't get me wrong we all have a good night now and then.

the biggest leak in my game is going all in or calling all ins with the best hand and being outdrawn.

There's no question my biggest leak is playing to many low starting hands. I suspect thats most player's biggest leak, and I suspect its low showing in the poll is cause most won't admit it! :roflmao:
Its not too hard to understand why though - when I play my best is when there's serious stakes and I wan't to win. :hpmrclub: When I play my worst is when the stakes are relatively low and I'm playing cause I want to have fun. Its not much fun folding all the hands playing for profit would have you fold.

I've noted that in on-line poker, for whatever reason and no matter which site, the win seems to go to the 2nd best pocket at a rate of 2/3*, especially in the Sit n' Go's. Whether it is because players are not as inhibited in chasing on-line, or just a bigger pool of the less experienced who also stay in beyond their hand value, the drawouts seem to favour them in spite of the odds they should be up against.
This is not in any way a question or criticism of the random generators or integrity of these sites, just an observation of a fluke inherent in the cross-section of human nature that plays poker on-line.
Therefore, my biggest leak is the inability to figure out when I have the 2nd best pocket.
*This figure represents unscientifically gathered, examined and interpreted data accumulated over a year of playing on-line poker at various sites throughout the web. And one highly biased opinion.

Mine's definitely the tilt-factor. I get a wee bit irrational
I know, I know - you're thinking, "Hollay? Irrational?! Never!"
Rest assured, it happens.

Good List!
I haven't voted yet because I'm just not sure which one it is..... Sadly I can think of occasions where I could fall into any of those categories.
Its kind of like golf....just when I get my putting sorted out my wedge game goes to hell. If I'm driving the ball well my iron game is garbage.
My goal I guess.... is to make sure than when I make one of the listed mistakes it doesn't happen again in that session.

Biggest leak i guess, is getting irrational after having a big loss on a bad beat. Try to fold on time, but will go in to much if the hands arent working for me hehe (hands not working for me, I guess that also is a leak heheheh :what: )
