Well it does happen. Ignore the players who laugh. You will get them in time.
check out this article on playing AA and medium pairs.
good luck

They are generally just relieved because AA only seems to win with pre-flop all-in bets about 80% of the time while KK actually rates a little higher. Then again, they probably didn't know that quirky little stat and simply knew how lucky they were able to win a hand, even though it took AA to do it.

Laughing at you is weak, but it's the sort of thing generated by the anonymity of the internet. It's also weak beacuse last time I checked AA was better than KK.
But learn from it. Just because you start with KK doesn't mean you're guarantee to win the hand. Knowing when to let it go is just as important as knowing when to push.

Hey Snow..i think the reason players laughing when they see KK losing is the players imaturity. Most likely they are young in age and poker experience, or maybe they just cant believe it lost...true vets online know that anything happens as in b&ms. But keep in mind, that u holding KK and an A hits the board you are in trouble since most players cant get away from playin any ace dealt. Take it with a grain of salt...Wind

Usually in the preflop stage of the hand when the K :spade: K :club: raises then gets reraised by the A  A :diamond: then say comes back over the top (I think it's best just to call here, see a flop and procede with caution if the flop doesn't hit you hard) then gets reraised again! any thinking player will have to say to himself, ok I'm probably up agains aces here and muck. When all the signs are there that you are up against a bigger pocket pair and you call anyway well then be prepared for a little ridicule. I myself would never ridicule someones bad play at the table nor do I advocate it but if you're going to play like a donkey then be prepared for a little abuse. Im not saying that you played the hand this way but it's a common reason why players get laughed at.
