Okay, some of you have been watching the Dreamclown vs. KidPoker games in 500-1000 LIMIT in the rings. They are in the middle of their 4th game now and DN is up a total of almost 100k. Everyone keeps asking who Dreamclown is. Dreamclown is a shared account, used by 4 players who pooled their funds to play high stakes. Eugeneel (the name he uses on this network) claims to be the only one playing, but Negreanu claims they are team playing against him. The group calls themselves GCC and below are their "official" bios that they wrote. Side note, these guys do play high stakes, they busted jagerborg (sp?) for over 300k a couple weeks ago and they play on all a LOT of sites.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Eugene

Background: 22, The leader and true spirit of the GCC. His Russian origin gives him the abilities to see deep into the souls of his opponents when playing poker. His cashgame skillz have been widely recognized as being unmatched by any mortal, even Phil Helmuth.

Likes: Vodka, showing off and selfpromoting as much as possible, spending more time on videogames than on poker, traveling, rakeback.

Dislikes: Americans, grinding it out with Anthony’s catz, when matt gets his period.

Craziest thing he’s ever done: Melonie

Best poker game: limit holdem, then Omaha high low, then 2-7 then PLO
He’s a fish in: 7 stud high low, no limit.

Anthony
Background: 23, The backbone of the GCC
Likes: Sitting in his room, gently petting his catz “Wiskers” and “Bust” while proudly looking at the skin of Dat Lager which he hung on his wall recently. Also likes sambooki, and being king of the mountain.

Dislikes: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Norway, MEMEMEME or any other poker players for that matter, losing 60k in a day while playing perfect at 100-200 table and busting, being Eugene’s horse.

Craziest thing he’s ever done: Made Lagerborg say “FU, YOU CAN C MY CARDS”

Best poker game: HU limit holdem, limit holdem with more people.
He’s a fish in: everything else

Bert
Background: 24, Adopted into a black family when he was just a baby, Bert naturally became a rapper at age 23 after finishing Amherst college as an English major.

Likes: Russians, forklift drivers and romantic walks on the beach, staking onlinechamp for major poker events, being a bot.

Dislikes: Traveling anywhere exotic or interesting, “crowded”, white people. Not making the money in 23 tournaments in a row.

Craziest thing he’s ever done: Got Eminem so frustrated from being outmatched by Bert’s rapping ability that he called him 23 times in one day wanting to act back.

Best poker game: 7 card stud high low, then omaha8, then NL holdem, then limit holdem then 2-7 T draw
He’s a fish in: tournaments

Matt
Background: 23, Has two parents and a sister, goes to school. Average height and build.

Likes: Beer, music, going to the movies, chilling with friends, cars, sports.

Dislikes: Bad movies, really loud and unpleasant noises and getting stuck in traffic for a very long time.

Craziest thing he’s ever done: Got really drunk one day and woke up in someone else’s room.

Best poker game: Limit holdem
He’s a fish in: the games that he does not play often."

It should also be noted that GCC run affiliate programs and are pretty well known for spamming. In fact, most of their profiles on sites have banners, etc. Another side note, there have been accusations that Eugene had worked for ONGAME at one time and after he busted jagerborg, jager said "YOU CAN SEE MY CARDS" and refused to keep playing with him. This rumor was fueled by Eugene posting on Swedish sites (and posting in Swedish), but based on his play against DN I doubt he can see anyone's cards, lol. :waytogo:

Loved the exchange when Negreanu left the table tonight. In case you missed it:

Kidpoker: Daddy has to go to work now. Play nice boys.

Dreamclown: Are you joking?

Kidpoker: does it look like it?

Dreamclown: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Dreamclown: WHAT A PEASANT YOU ARE

Dreamclown: ahahahahahahahahah

Kidpoker: I owe you nothing punk

Dreamclown: is your goal to play for a tiny win every time, knowing I will never quit you?

Dreamclown: tell you what fish, next time you want to play for an hour, say so beforehand

Kidpoker: my goal is to steam you up, how am I doing? lol

Dreamclown: you're the one sitting out

Dreamclown: :/

Kidpoker: i owe you nothing dishcloth

Kidpoker: inernet law, you can do what you want

Dreamclown: i never said you owe me anything, but running your mouth and quitting after an hour are incongruous

Kidpoker: isnt that what you taught me?

Kidpoker: i play on my terms

Dreamclown: ok hellmuth

Kidpoker: when I want to quit, I quit

Dreamclown: i will be here

Dreamclown: 24/7

Kidpoker: good to know son

Dreamclown: maybe you come tomorrow, play 2 min, win 9K and go post about it, yes?

Dreamclown: little peasant

Kidpoker: I figure 20 a day is nice...keeps you in action

Dreamclown: go buy into a tournament somewhere, ragdoll

Dreamclown: :/

Kidpoker: lol you ARE pretty steamed, NICE!!!!

Dreamclown: YOU are sitting out

Dreamclown: if i WAS steamed, what good would it do you

Kidpoker: you are dealing with a man that knows psychological warfare better than you

Kidpoker: I pwn you

Dreamclown: hahha i doubt that baby

Dreamclown: you stopped hitting top pair and running two, that's why you quit

Kidpoker: good night little boy

Dreamcliown: night peasant

Kidpoker leaves the table.

Dreamclown: king remains on his throne

Yeah, there was some classic trash talking going on. DN did leave as soon as the cards started to turn on him. Both last night and tonight he was flopping top set, runner runner two pair, etc. As soon as his luck changed he sat out. In all fairness, he had said he was going out tonight, but he might stop on a bit this afternoon. I don't blame him for quitting when the cards turned. He told DC, "I don't owe you anything punk." With the kind of money they are playing for and all of the trash that was talked you can't really blame him for what he said. Hopefully DN isn't out partying too hard this weekend and we can watch another game.

BTW, if you were watching the table DN mispelled psychological (mawbster corrected it), lmao. You shouldn't claim you are better at something you can't even spell.

Latest update on the SAGA. neverwin8 (who has sat on several final tables in WSOP and WPT event and recently won a 500k tourney) sat at DC's table with 20k. DC said it wasn't enough and neverwin8 didn't want to transfer another 30k to sit. neverwin8 switched tables to try and build a bank to play and DN sat at the table and called DC a wimp and they were back and forth for a while. More updates to come on "As Limit Hold Em Turns."

neverwin8 and DC played at a lower limit table (250-500 LIMIT). DC made quick work of him. They are scheduling a rematch for tomorrow afternoon. The limits are going to be 500-1000 LIMIT and neverwin8 is buying in for 50k. Stay tuned for the next edition!

I want to know how they can type so fast while playing at that speed. It's not as if they were just playing for their dinner money

proteinXx

They do play fast, but I noticed last night whenever ones go to type something there is a hesitation and the clock winds down on them before they finish and play. Also noticed DC carrying on a full conversation with neverwin8 at a table about buying in with 50k before he would play him while playing another match heads up. Could be they type with one hand and play with the other? Who said poker players aren't multitaskers?!

Dreamclown: king remains on his throne

Yeah, down 20K!

The chat last night was funny, and the "hit and run", well I know that Daniel sets a time limit on his play. It eliminates the nagging question: I'm up/down, should I quit. One less thing to worry about so you can better concentrate on the game. A very effective tool, when he sits down, he'll say to himself like 4 hours and I'm done. When 4 hours is up, he quits.

I read in his blog that he will usually tell someone he respects the time limit, but in this case he chose not too. His way of winding up DC. The game today should be an interesting one (if they play). Best railing I've done in a long time!

DN had said at several points he didn't intend to play long and after DC wouldn't let him keep playing with 8k in their first match (which would have been courteous), I don't see why DN owes him a thing. Probably why DN said "I don't owe you a thing punk." haha. Kind of seems like DC is getting a taste of his own medicine.

Goes on on the 500-1000 Limit private tables, has been every night, but in his blog Daniel said he had plans for tonight. Don't know when the next one will be. He did say he might stop in later to "pick up a few dimes".

Game was on again earlier, but I missed it. DN bought in for 100K and DC 50K. At one point DC was up 50K, but Daniel came back and left up 2K.

Wonder if their playing again tonight?

Running tally: DN up 75K.

Just watched Dreamclown take neverwin for 46K, neverwin got down to 4K and DC sat out, wanted him to reload, he said he would when he hit 0, so DC quit.

(It was Matt playing today)

Dangerous53.

The game was on again, DN 100K DC (Matt playing again) 50K, wild swings, DC reloads, at one point Daniel up 85K.

DC made a huge comeback, and in the end Daniel quit down 68K. Running total for all the matches Daniel up 7K (approx)

They usually play at about 7PM EST, 500-1000 Limit tables.

He did tell Matt that he thought he was a better player than Sansone, who usually plays on the DC name.

I am going to do something nice and give you some advice.

If you want to LEARN something about poker and hear the advice of good/professional players make sure u read the stuff on www.twoplustwo.com

Here is my recent post there...

You guys have to relax and trust me on these things below

1) We don't team up DN. If we did, we would have never told anyone that we share a bankroll for these matches and we would not have a reason to tell him today that it's a different player playing him. It would not be noticable to DN that he is playing vs someone else since they play very similar and use the same ADVANCED preflop strategy.

2)We have a good edge. I have played a lot of HU high limit and those who have played me know I play well. We DONT send out challanges to the few very good players because of the ego factor. I would not call DN a complete fish in HU Limit but I can say that he may be the easiest opponent we can find at these limits. Also, letting matt play was not an issue of changing gears. Anthony and I are at NY and can't play any online poker atm. It is very safe to say that any one of us had a bige edge vs DN in online HU and I am about 95% sure we have an edge live. I have talked to Joe Cassity abut DN's live play.

On a side note, This has been an especially profitable "betting on my horses" day for me since I had 1/3 of both the NW and DN matches instead of the usual 1/4th.

JUSTICE "

Also, I had someone make a myspace account a few days agoand I got a pic of most of the GCC members on www.myspace.com/eugeneel It's in the "more pictures section and it goes Matt (woodrow), Anthony(sansone) and Me. Not the best pic ever but we dont take pictures much so it will do.

Also, the other member Brett (getcrunk) of the GCC has a rap group. check it out, www.wedidthistoyou.com

Also, you can expect 1) negreanu wuss out of these matches soon or 2) lose a lot of $ and then quit.

Just keep in mind that "soon" does not mean 10 playing hours. So give us some time depending on how the cards run.

-E

In case anyone was wondering who Dreamclown is.

Yeah, I watched those matches. Last night when DC played DN again, DC was getting some better cards. DN had been hitting some great cards in his previous matches. So far, I would have to say that DC is the better player and that DN might have started with the trash talk a bit early. Mike Matusow busted his bankroll betting football and playing online poker, wonder if DC will bust DN. DN's life time tournament winnings are just over $6 million, but from what I have read I think he is probably down life time in cash games. I am sure his endorsements (the video game, etc) are worth quite a bit more, so it might be a while before DC can bust him.
