I was wondering the same thing

Back to the topic at hand - sorry to hear about the missing cash - have you tried emailing their support department? Maybe one of their Supervisors can help you get your money back???

No right or not....they do. Party's inactivity fee is 5 dollars a month every month after being inactive for a 6 month period. They would have sent you a warning email first.

I played there years ago and once and a while they give me some free money to come back, of course there are cashout requirements on the money....anyways, I couldn't be bothered to play it. A few months ago i got an email saying that my account would be going into "inactive mode" and they would start charging me $5 a month until the account was empty.

I stopped playing real money there sometime back, cashed out all my money but .81 cents. Had alot of player points left, and used them in exchange of the freerolls/player points tournaments. Then I get this email stating that my account has been inactive and hence a fine is gonna be charged blah blah blah....so take the 81 cents I have balance in there, I didnt care. Then I reply to them saying I was gonna delete their software programme as I wasnt interested in playing there no more. I get a reply inviting me back and to get my account active, all I needed to do was to make a deposit. SIGH same tricks, like I didnt know that! Then my final reply was "WHICH PART OF I HAVE DELETED YOUR SOFTWARE PROGRAMME DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?" and asked them to cease sending me further emails! Voila dont hear from them no more :)

It's ridiculous that they would charge you for an inactive account.... they are, after all, earning interest on the money you have in your account (or at least they would, were it substantial) and what is more, party has more money than they should know what to do with!

Cheap Frickin B@stards!!!

And they don't give reload bonuses anymore since they cut off the skin sites and they have so much market share they don't have to intice business anymore!

If only the fish weren't so plentiful...

Ok, well I feel for you. Although it's now hard for ATE to continue to hate the guts of party poker (have won almost four figures, on the f ree 40 bucks they recently sent me, AND THE CHECKS WILL BE HERE SOON)

You have to realize this: Party poker is an evil entity, that exists for one reason: Make as many BILLIONS as is humanly possible. They are:

(1) Greedy
(2) CONIVING
(3) Crooked
(4) Incompetent

and $%&#$^&#$%king don't know a G.D. thing, about the game of poker.

My God! EVERYTHING they do, is wrong.

you think you've got problems, I once had them steal 800, yes EIGHT hundred dollars from me on one occasion, 85 on another and 35 on another.

They are willing to do ANYTHING, to make their billions. they care not for the accuracy of their poker games, and their only claim to fame is that they have the WORST players, of any site.

So, use them, at your own risk.

ATE has not really seen the games that exist on this hollywood poker THANG, but site-unseen, I would say that they are probably good.

UNLESS THE "BLSTARDS" GIVE YOU free freakin' money, ATE does NOT recommend playing there.

Dang, there went my chance to try to "go commercial"

oh well, at least the truth was told.

And no silly comments from the MOD, all good players know these things about party.
