Some Reality (I know)

After writing that rambling in my whinery I felt the need to say some other stuff I know to be true. I know that its about bankroll and you need to have a big enough bankroll to get you past these idiots as in the long run they will buy you a house and car. I know that sometimes you gotta fold the best hand and I also know that the best hand on the flop is not usually the best hand on the river. I know its a 7 card game and not a 2 or 5 card game. I know that when I play rags and flop something I know that it can be beat as they are rags for a reason. I know I shouldnt play rags! I know that a lot of bad beats and suckouts that you hear about are due to low bankrolls and poor players. I know that odds are a long term thing. I know that I am a better player then I show. I know that I should keep all this in mind when I play and only play when I can play my best. I know that 14-16 hours a day playing on a few hours of sleep is not my best. I know that playing at a higher level then my bankroll will lead to a deposit. I know that I can do all these things.


Now is there anything else I should know??

I feel your pain Squid! Suck outs will happen as they have been happening to me lately ( KK with a K on flop taken by a SUCK OUT straight, pocket tens losing to 99, etc. etc.) Sometimes I think I should play the same idiotic way and when I do, of course, I lose. When I first started playing here I had a good run, won some money (triples my deposit) and then made a mistake of taking it out. DOOMSWITCH!!! I haven't won since. I have only played small stakes tourneys and rings - this may have have something to do with the quality of play. So, from now on I'll only play freerolls and not risk anything. I'll try to play solid poker without going on tilt and see if works in the long run. I know it sounds paranoid but the same thing happened to me on PokerRoom and UB. Withdrew money and started losing. I think I will now only raise or fold. No more calling or checking. No cheap flops for anyone to suck out. Good luck, may Poker Gods smile at you!
