Why can't HP do this? I mean even just NAMES next to the Leader Board totals would be nice. Especially DURING the month when knowing who you have to catch and beat would be such useful info to have. Just wondering . . .


Thanks Deak for the recap. Nice to see who was barking at our heals that we have to watch out for next month. For instance, Ronny. I had one bad finish in February which knocked me out at 16th. Ronny had one bad finish THIS month and still managed to make it to 7th. Congratulations, Ronny. And congratulations to everyone else as well.

Just get my money in with the best of it and hope it occasionally holds up AL. If my hands had held up yesterday, I would have made a serious run at the final table. Had KK cracked in two different pots (by a flush chaser and a flopped set of 8's) that would have given me another $6K to work with. After those hands, I had to play very conservatively to maximize leaderboard points.

You had a great month...congrats. I just missed in February as well...I think I finished 8th or 9th. Good luck on Wednesday!

Hi Al,

Yes, I would say that CONSISTANCY as well as good finishes 3 of 4 times are the key to winning. I love it, because it doesn't reward those who come in, thinking they are Gus Hansen and throwing chips around and going out early. It encourages more serious poker. ;) ;)

How did you finish the first month in Jan? If you'd like to have a competition for best average finishes over the months, that would be cool. Can you beat finishes of 3rd, 11th, and 5th in the three months the contest has been on? :-)

boohooo :cry: my last 2 were so rough, first go out with top 2 pair against bottom trips on flop (2hands after each other same opp :S) :(
The other one hitting nothing and all in with QQ vs AA, grrrrrrrrr
