Welcome to HP,

You are invited to the best Tournement at HP.

Every Sunday at 7:00pm EST 5+1$ Multi Table NL Holdem, Flat Payout in the Private section at tables HP-HOGS and HP-HAGS.

All the Hogs (men) play each other with the Top 3-5 (depending on signup) being paid and advancing to the Final Table. All the Hags do the same in their own multi with the Top 3-5 (depending on signup) being paid and advancing to the Final Table.

The Final table is played as a 10+1$ Sit n Go at table Haggywood or Hoggyville in the Private section as soon as both Qualifying games are complete. These top 6-10 (depending on signup) players compete in a WINNER TAKE ALL format for the Final Table $$$ and the Bragging rights to be Queen HAG or Boss HOG for the week. "By the way HOGS RULE "

Faybio that is why we have password protected tourney. Hags get 1 password Hogs get another. HP will help me tell via thier signup. Without giving real names to me they will tell me male or female if i ask.

hi samsal are you and the da duck ever going to change the payout at final table to at least last two people or is it aways going to be winner takes all.if so im sorry i dont like to play where the odds are not so good, but thats just me ok.? i thought you said in one of your post that since there was more people playing the prize pool might be changed, just asking though , no problem just wondering. ty terryruss:happy:

Personally, I like the prize structure as is. It is an incentive to win, and the fee to join was won at the first game anyway.

I agree with Surf. Maybe once it gets bigger (full table of 10 for final table, maybe) and payout change would be good.

...hiya hon...sorry you don't like the payout for the Final Table of the Hogs vs Hags tourney. The Final Table payout doesn't change, it is a Winner Take All Pot. That is one thing that is very appealing to whoever plays the Final Table...a very nice payout as well as Bragging Rights. Personally, I think it is mainly because of Bragging Rights that most people play this tourney.

As for the pay structure changing, only the preliminary Hogs and Hags tables payout changes according to how many join. Anything over 21 in each tourney, the payout is 4 instead of 3. And if we can get both the Hogs and Hags tourneys over 21 each week, the top 4 from each tourney move on to the Final Table and a larger payout for a Winner Take All pot.

Next time terry, win it!! ;) I know you can do it!

To throw my 2 cents in, the payout is fine now, but I agree with Calo that when tourney has grown to 10 at final table, the payout should be re-evaluated.

Just incentive to get more players!

You would use your winnings from the qualifier to play in the final.

Hiya Doox :happy: Thank you for your interest, however mild it may be, in the Hogs vs Hags tourney. If you make it to the Final Table, usually top 3 from each tourney (but depends on payout of BOTH tourneys), then yes you've made enough to cover the buy-in for the Final Table.
