Last night Support announced to everyone that the last celeb standing was worth $100. For the last half hour (maybe even hour) of Sean Kanan's tourney, everyone was making $100 jokes. There is no doubt that everyone, including Michael Woods, was under the impression that Sean had a $100 bounty on his head.
I eventually was lucky enough to eliminate him, and was awarded only $25. I contacted support and they told me that there is no last celeb standing additional bonus on Tuesday nights.
My only problem is that I played the entire time under that notion. I called him with hands I would not have if there wasn't a $100 bounty on his head. I also laid off hands that he wasn't in so I could keep my chip stack above his. If I knew it was only $25, there were several hands that I would have played differently, hence, this effected my tourney, as well as everyone else.
Am I wrong in beleiving I am owed $75?

Hi Gutshot Jack -
I apologize for the confusion. The Progressive Celebrity Bounties series replaced the last Celebrity knockout bounty just recently. I will honor the 100.00 bounty prize for you from Tuesday's Celebrity Poker Night With... as this was not very clear in the lobby that night.
The new payout structure is as follows:
Knock out 1 Celebrity? Snag $25. Knock out 2? You score $500. Taking down your 3rd Celebrity gets you $2,500 and since 3rd time's the charm, you'll win a spot in the WSOP if your 3rd bounty is Celebrity Players James Woods, Vince Van Patten or any of the Celebrity Tournament's Celebrity Host. Busting out your 4th Celebrity takes you straight to the WSOP with a Hollywood Poker exclusive WSOP Prize Package, which includes a seat in the main event, travel and accommodations.
The new Progressive Celebrity Bounty series information can be found at the following link...

Please let me know if I can assist further,
Lori

Thanks Lori for doing the right thing. Hollywood is the only place to play.
