Yes that's really me singing and playing acoustic guitar for part of it as well. All of the rest of the instruments are computer generated - I don't think I played bass on this.

Sorry for such low quality - The high quality MP3 took over 6Mb. I had to compress the heck out of it to get it down to 1.2Mb.

Thanks to all for the kind words in here and in private messages.

Major credit goes to my buddy, Mike Livingston (http://www.mikelivingston.com/), who let me use his recording studio for this. It would not have come out sounding nearly as good without his immense help. I was supposed to get back together with him and do a whole CD's worth, but that never panned out.

The only other decent recording Mike and I did in his studio was a rendition of "Wonderful Tonight" (Mike laid down a great electric guitar track), but my vocals are terrible on it as the notes are just slightly out of my range.

I did several more songs in the computer room with just a microphone, the MIDI in the PC, and a little guitar. But I'm no sound engineer, and the mix is pretty bad. To quote Harry, "It sucks" **

Using a real studio set up to do those two songs was great.

Taxi is definitely the one I am most proud of. Glad you liked it.
