will a ticket appear in my acct. when i hit 10 stars?

Someone from HP (whomever has taken over for Julie) will manually add a ticket to your account as the Free roll date gets closer. It doesn't happen automatically on the day you hit 10 stars. As in the game itself, just be patient :)
