I just signed up and the download wouldn't open, corrupted file. Normal?

No I never had that problem but I would suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Something obviously didn't download right the first time.

We haven't experiences this problem before, but if you could give us some more information about your set up (ie, Operating System, Browser, Connection etc) it would help us resolve it.
