What is a "suckout" or "fish"?

I hear alot of terms around the tables that really irritate me and I just gotta know what a couple mean.

What is a suckout or a fish? Have seen these used in so many different ways.

Any way they are used, they are annoying.

I just happen to know a fish, goes by the name of 'im the weiner' :roflmao:
in saying that we do need these fish around cos its about the money and he is easy to take from
u have to listen to his BS but in the end think of the money :D
