For tonight's HP Stars Freeroll, we are giving a ticket to all players that have earned atleast ONE HP Star. Here is the list of qualifiers for the Nov 8th freeroll. Thanks!

OK we get the stars we needed for Octobers FR which was taken away from us, then when you redid the forum people LOST there stars including me.. now your having a star FR.. and by the list Americans are playing in it.. Well since your having it.. why not us go by OCTOBERS star count for the FR we didn;t get WHICH I QUALIFIED FOR

Hi Appers9 - Our friends in the US are unable to play in all Real Money Games, including Freerolls, since the cutoff date this past Monday, November 6th. This is why you do not have a ticket. Our apologies, however, this is due to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.

I don't know which players you are referring to, however, the list that was pulled excluded any US Players, which came directly from our player database. If someone says they live in China, but really they live in the US, they will be blocked upon attempting to play (however, they may initially appear in the list because their account says China).

The players in the qualifier list fall under the following Countries: Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Israel, Poland, Australia, Netherland, Japan. I do however see some 'dummy' accounts in there which I will clear up (accounts created to attack others which should not have been credited to begin with).

So, again, I reiterate my answers...

Question 1) IF it's only 1 star to qualify - why is my name NOT on the list here? Yes, you have earned atleast 1 star, however, you are living in the US and are unable to play in Real Money Games, including the Forum Freeroll, this is why your name is not on the list. (if there are other Americans listed, they will be blocked upon trying to play, however, they have changed their Country to something other than US, so they may appear on this list)

Question 2) Since Americans are BLOCKED from depositing or Withdrawing .. WHAT is the payout? There is no payout to Americans as Americans are not able to play.

Please note that one of your Bounty's is also Nevaeh35 ... the Nevaeh35 name has been BANNED altogether by HP and this person is located in Central Calif .. thought you might like to check BEFORE the tourney.

I had earned enough stars for the tourny but i dont qualify, why and if you changed the rules why we were not told. Another well informed HP player, this is getting so old. To find out anything going on at HP we have to go to P O K E R R O O M because you dont tell us.
