Effective today, December 1st 2005, we are thrilled to announce that we now have 24X7 Lobby Support.

With this change, we have also transitioned the responsibilities of our Lobby Support to our central Customer Service department that handles all of our emails and calls, so it is a big improvement in our ability to handle more of your questions at a faster rate.
We also want to inform those of you who are not yet aware of the departure of Adam, Charles and Danielle from their Lobby Support roles. In the time that they have been in the lobby for Hollywood Poker, they have gained trust and friendship from many of you. We have received numerous emails of positive feedback about each of these individuals, they have been great assets for Hollywood Poker and for that we thank them. Please feel free to leave them a note in the following thread with your goodbyes which they will be able to read;

They have been carefully chosen and extensively trained by the same people who have trained all of our lobby support personnel in the past, and they are instilled with the same passion for our community that we all share. I trust that the community will welcome our new members with the same respect extended to our previous moderators when they too were brand new!
